Private by design
No public song feed or song discovery. Usernames and display names are searchable only to choose a private-sharing recipient.
Nothing you make is public or shared by default. Your personal library lives on your device. Eligible saved-account song and audio copies sync privately through Hummingly, and you can separately enable a recovery Backup in your own iCloud or Google Drive account. When you deliberately share a song, a protected service copy remains only while an invitation or approved recipient needs it. We never sell your content or build advertising profiles. Privacy is the point.
Hummingly is intended and available only to users age 18 and older. The pre-login birthday check is used only to validate eligibility and the birthday is not retained or used for another purpose. Hummingly is made for relaxation, focus, and wellbeing — it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The binaural layer is a gentle, optional effect, best with headphones.
